"You currently offer Free Shipping over $150 - that's it, no extra charges or surprises?"
YES, that's right - no extra charges. And by that we mean your wedding favors or gift items ship to your door with no added fees besides GST in Canada (GST & PST for Ontario residents, or HST as applicable), and no taxes for U.S. customer orders. Although we ship items from both the U.S. & Canada, you will never be charged cross-border related duties/or taxes. We guarantee it.
Orders under $150 are subject to a low, always flat rate $15 charge (Cdn) - but again, that's it!
"How long will it take for you to respond to my product questions?"
At InCasaGifts.com we're proud of the fact our customer rate us extremely responsive. We generally get back to you immediately, and always within the day (yes, even if that means after regular hours!). Our success has been built on quality products AND great service - give us a try!
"What if my order is very large, do you offer volume discounts?"
Sure - just call us and we'll quickly determine if you qualify for a volume discount and make sure you get the best value for your dollar!
"What if there is any problem with the items I've ordered?"
No Problem. We'll gladly accept your returns with no hassles. Simply contact us with return instructions and we'll replace your items or refund your order quickly!
"What if I'd like favor samples first, do I have to pay the low flat rate shipping?"
We usually do ship samples and apply the low flat rate shipping rate, however, if you follow up with a full order, we'll gladly waive any applicable shipping fees at that time.
